Create  Message:

Administration

Manage Communications

Manage Email Templates

+ New Item

Category = Customer Email (About Upcoming jobs)

Add a title,the title is your internal name  

Add a Subject, the subject is what will be in the subject to the client.

Type in any message you want and you can use tokens to prepopulate that information that will be specific to a job or technician. Example of a token: Template:Client first name this will bring in the clients first name from the job.

Use of Bold and Italic. the "o" goes in front "c" goes in the back.  Example: Let's say that we want the word "House" to be bold. Template:Bold oHouseTemplate:Bold c

Customer Notification Settings (about upcoming calls)
Notification Method - None, Email, Text/SMS, Both (choose type of message)
Notifications + Add Notification.... you can add multiple.

Primary Job Types
Edit
You are able to choose different messages that you created for each type of job if you want.
After all modifications are done make sure each Primary Job Type has a "role" checked off.
