Manage Communications

Manage Email Templates

+ New Item

Category = Customer Email (About Upcoming jobs)

Add a title,the title is your internal name  

Add a Subject, the subject is what will be in the subject to the client.

Type in any message you want and you can use tokens to prepopulate that information that will be specific to a job or technician. 

Use of Bold and Italic. the "o" goes in front "c" goes in the back.

Customer Notification Settings (about upcoming calls)
Notification Method - None, Email, Text/SMS, Both (choose type of message)
Notifications + Add Notification.... you can add multiple.

Primary Job Types
Edit
You are able to choose different messages that you created for each type of job if you want.
After all modifications are done make sure each Primary Job Type has a "role" checked off.

Job Dispatched Notification Type (Choose None, Email, Text/SMS, Both)

Make sure email and cell phone are correct.

NOTE:

If call center assigns and move to different time it will send out a notification every time because it is re dispatched... if you move their job back an hour don't you want them to know? If not that is fine turn off dispatch notifications.

If you update by adding an assistant, time, etc it will send new notification as well.

Notify before job (put in how long before job schedule time you wish for them to receive notification... in minutes)

Make sure email and cell phone are correct.
