Money-back Guarantee
ThermoGRID has the ability to help a company be profitable in many ways. To qualify for this guarantee you must provide us with your current pricing from your vendors. If your prices with your vendors change, your pricing must also be changed in ThermoGRID. ThermoGRID will account for all fees associated with a job, and you must sell products and services at the price ThermoGRID calculates for you and not discount.
The guarantee is based on full implementation of ThermoGRID which includes but is not limited to the use of it's features (scheduling, dispatching, estimates, invoicing, CC payments, ACH payment, time sheets, job documents, pictures, QB integration, equipment tracking, job costing, price book for service and sales, etc.).
Free business consultations will be done monthly to ensure the profit is being achieved.
To qualify for the money-back guarantee on the subscription your company must get the full setup and activation. The full setup is an investment of $2500-$4500 depending on how many brands your company sells and your client history that will be transferred from your current software into ThermoGRID. The activation fee is non refundable for any reason. We will guarantee that if your company has not achieved a 25% boost in profits after 12 months we will refund the subscription amount up to 6 months.
If you request a refund of the subscription due to missing the guarantee you will no longer be able to use ThermoGRID.
If a company does not fully implement ThermoGRID, we do not guarantee its success or boost in profits.
Your company must fit the following criteria to qualify for the Money-back Guarantee: 1.) Your company must be located in the United States or Canada. 2.) The participant in the demo must be an owner or manager of an HVAC company with a primary focus in residential service and replacement. 3.) Your company must have a minimum of 1 full-time office person and 2 full-time technicians.
You also must present a current financial statement for the year 2018 and 2019 YTD before moving forward with ThermoGRID as part of the review and screening process. Not all companies will qualify for this guarantee. Once your company does qualify, we will let you know what things ThermoGRID will manage to get you the 25% + boost in profits. Defining the 25% increase in profits by an example: If you have a $3,000,000 in revenue per year company operating at a 10% net profit, we would be guaranteeing an additional $75,000 net profit for the year. Depending on the screening ThermoGRID representative may choose to go by gross profit vs net profit.
Client must wait 12 months prior to submitting a refund request. The countdown of this guarantee period starts from the moment the first training takes place, the first training must take place within 1 month of purchase. Refund request must be requested in writing to ThermoGRID at 800 White St. Suite 200 Dubuque IA 52001 OR EMAIL at support@ThermoGRID.com before the 13th month following the first training. Guarantee is not to be used for those having intentions of returning it. Once notification has been received by ThermoGRID, client will no longer have access to their account. ThermoGRID will in addition provide client with export of backed up client and company information. If refund is requested due to the inability to operate the system, the user needs to demonstrate that the service was unavailable for use during the subscription period and reasonable attempts were made to contact our technical support team to solve the problem.
To qualify for guaranteed results you must qualify and follow these steps, not all companies will not qualify but if you do it must be stating that you do in your contract.
